Their prices are reasonable for UK servers although a little expensive compared to their USA counterparts but they are certainly worth it. Ive had exceptional uptime in the last 5 months apart from one Saturday when my sites were down for around 7 hours but that was the exception and was down to them upgrading their servers and it was announced a few days before hand.
Their support is second to none. Ive spoken with both Seb and Dominic a number of times on the phone and by email, each time they have been very professional but with that 'personal touch'. Nothing is too much trouble for them, whether its advising on coding issues or offering to setup scripts to help you with whatever you are trying to do. They have a notice on their website stating that most support requests are responded to within 18 minutes but 9 times out of 10 its within 5 minutes.
If you are looking for a UK based host who's server's are actually in the UK who offer excellent support and affordable packages then you would be foolish to not give them a try.
